The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) setting the rules using our website and android application. Please read these Terms carefully, contact us if you have any questions. By using our app or became register user to our site , you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and General Guidelines.
1. What we offer
A web platform to upload your video tutorials (series of individual videos). We also provide you an android application to distribute your creations free or payed. Your videos must be organized on categories and under your real name.
2. Using spaceZ
• Is spaceZ suitable for me ?
You must be at least 18 years old to use our web service. When you create your account you must provide us accurate and real data. Υou may use our web services only if your person did not prohibited by local authorities of your country or international laws and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.. You agree that we may automatically update that software, and these Terms will apply to any updates.
• Our license to you
Subject to these Terms and our policies (including our General Guidelines), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Service.
• Commercial use of spaceZ
You must be an individual person (amateur) not free lancer or company to use our services. We keep 20% from your selling to pay for you the tax. So you must not need to create business account. We keep 2% for our fee and we send you the rest 78% with PayPal.
3. Your material
• Upload content
From spaceZ upload videos for the moment and later photos, and texts. From now anything you upload is referred to as “User material”. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User material you upload to spaceZ.
• How spaceZ and other users can treat your material
You grant spaceZ and our users using our android application a non-exclusive, royalty-f ree, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your User material on spaceZ solely for the purposes of operating, providing, and using spaceZ.
• How long we keep your material
After terminate your account we keep your content for 30 days, then we will delete your content. Don’t ask from us your material. Make a backup. We keep your content for the reason if you change your mind and renewal your subscription to continue selling your creations.
4.Copyright
We respect the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws. You are responsible for your videos, respect copyrights and ask permission to use copyrights add- ons (music , logos e.t.c)
5. Security
We use SSL protocol, firewalls, anti-Spam measures , reCaptcha technology. The users must protect their password and never shared with others even with our personel. Reset your password if necessary.
6. Other links and sites
Our web service contain link to PayPal for your payments. The android application also. PayPal is responsible for their content.
7. Termination
spaceZ has the right to deactivate or terminate your account for any reason on appropriate notice, or you violate the General guidelines.
8. Indemnity
We are not responsible if you cannot make sales. We offer you a mean to enforce your sales, without open a business account. If we are sued because of something your videos does on spaceZ you have to pay the cost.
9. Disclaimers
Our Service and all content on spaceZ is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.
spaceZ is not responsible for users material. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User material that’s inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.
10. Arbitration
For any dispute you have with spaceZ, you agree to first contact us and try to resolve the dispute with us informally. If we need to contact you, we will do so at the email address on your spaceZ account. If spaceZ hasn’t been able to resolve the dispute with you informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms through binding arbitration or (for qualifying claims) in small claims court.
