Privacy Policy

When we use spaceZ we mean the web service and the android application. The privacy police is for both. This text is for help you what information we collect and how we use it and for how long.

1. When a user register to spaceZ or a guest register to our android application

When you register in spaceZ you provide us certain data. This data are , email address, physical address , first and last name. If you buy something via our application or from our site we collect the transaction data from our partner PayPal.

2. Technical information when you use spaceZ

For the moment we do not collect cookie data or device information (PC , smart phone or tablet)

We don’t collect or transmit advertise ID from your android device.

We do not accept credit cards.

What we do with the info we collect :

• You help us to identify yourself to our system and process transactions.
• Respond to your questions or comments.
• Inform you for your account status (expiration package)
• Send money status from your selling video tutorials.

Our business never share or sell your personal data to another. We share your data if the local authorities ask it , for legal purposes.

Choices you have about your info:

• You cannot change your register email, last name , first name and username.
• If you want to terminate your account before package expiration send us an email to support@ztc.gr We don’t refund package money.
• Your browser is responsible to control local data storage.

How and when we share information :

• Anyone can see your name (creator) in the android application. We present a list of all verified creators and under their names users can watch free or paid content (video tutorials).
• Law enforcement agencies or government agencies. We only share information if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public, any person, or spaceZ or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
• Third party companies or individuals that we employ to process information on our behalf based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. For example, we share payment information with the payment company we use to store your payment information. We also share data with security consultants to help us get better at identifying spam. Some information we acquire may be collected by third party providers on our behalf.

How long we keep your information:

After your package expires we keep your account data and content for 30 days. After that period we will delete account and user material. The creators name will removed from the name list of android application.

Our policy on children’s information:

If your are under 18 or in your country your are not adult , it is forbidden to sell video tutorials in our platform or show free content.

We do not accept permission from parents. When you became adult you are welcome here!!!

How we make changes to this policy:

We may change this policy from time to time and if we do, we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use spaceZ after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice or get your consent, as required by law.
